I was a bit disappointed with the in-room amenities. The mini-fridge was not working, so it was difficult to keep drinks cool. the promised turndown service was inconsistent, with it not happening on one of the nights (I was really looking forward to that).

My room, a classic room, was so clean! the bed was really comfortable, i slept like a baby. the staff are so kind and helpful. the fedex store being right there was a lifesaver for my meetings!

The shuttle was super slow from the airport. I was waiting forever! the hotel also didn't answer my calls, frustrating.

The room was immaculate and recently updated. The bathroom was great. I appreciated the luxurious toiletries provided. I arrived before check-in time, but the front desk helped me check in early. The staff greeted me and wished me a nice stay. It was a great start to my trip!!!

I found that the beds were a little too firm for my preference.

outdated tv

i was pretty excited for my stay but a few things weren't great. also, the in-room tv felt outdated. streaming apps barely worked, that was frustrating when i wanted to relax in the evenings.

my room faced the bay it was spacious and renovated i could easily see the cruise ship leaving. i got access to the club lounge and really enjoyed breakfast there the lounge was clean. toro toro was open late it was much nicer than ordering room service after a flight.

the concierge gave me wrong information about a package that was delivered there was a fee to get my package from them. the ac in my room was stuck on max cool i contacted them to fix it but they never did. i never received a complimentary water bottle in my room
